Once this is submitted, it will go from here to the journal. If there are any issues with the letter you've sent (ie. letters to long) we will send you a message to the email you give us below. It is important for you to triple check your grammar as it will not be done on by us. 

Once page is printed and ready for the journal you will receive a copy and it will be deleted from our files. We will not be able to access it for you afterwards. 

The intention of this letter should be encouraging, filled with gratitude, but will vary depending on your relationship with the person.

Yes, there is a brief moment between your submission and the making of the journal. You must contact us as soon as possible. If the book is printed or shipped, there is nothing we can do.
